My Story
Hi, I'm Sean! A Born and Raised Vancouver Islander
I've always enjoyed helping people and building things with my hands.
I grew up in Sidney on Vancouver Island, and since I was old enough to pick them up, you’d most likely find me tool in hand, working on my next project. I became even more fascinated, exploring the trades throughout my school years, and spent much of my free time in high school in the woodworking and boatbuilding shops.
My Qualifications
Experienced, Educated, Professional
After school, I spent a few years traveling the world and put my professional qualification in joinery to good use on homes and boats along my journeys. Eventually, I settled in New Zealand, where I began honing my skills in woodworking and boatbuilding, leading to becoming professionally qualified in boatbuilding. I wanted to take it even further and began a mentorship in marine surveying. I am now actively enrolled with the Maritime Training Academy and am working towards several accreditations with the ABYC and IIMS.
